CMS was developed to provide a structured, comprehensive multi-disciplinary clinical approach to facilitate the treatment of a wide variety of patients and athletes. We are centrally located in one of the fastest growing communities in California, and are surrounded by major interstate freeways to provide ease of access to residents of San Bernardino , Los Angeles , Riverside , and Orange Counties . We are approximately 15 minutes from the Ontario Airport .

Our 12,000 square foot state-of-the-art outpatient Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy practice is housed in conjunction with training and conditioning facility for athletes of all levels—from recreational and industrial to elite amateur, collegiate, and professional. We have formal relationships with 13 of 14 local high schools, as well as numerous Sports Agents and Professional Teams.

The team at CMS will identify the source of the problem, and then treat according to the needs of the athlete, not just the symptoms.
